Homemade chassis with a 73 Fiat 128 CC 4 cylinder engine with 4 speed transmission and front wheel drive axle.
Was built in 1985 and has approx. 1000 miles since built.

Totally restored 1946 Whizzer installed on an early Schwinn "springer front" bicycle. This is an early model Whizzer with the allen bolt head bolts and bracketry.
