Superformance Cobra

SOLD

514 CID Ford crate motor with aluminum heads and special 930 CFM Holley Carburetor. Tremac TKO 5 speed transmission and 3.73 gears. Silver PPG urethane base/clear paint with black leather interior. These autos are the most exact and dimensionally correct Cobra replicar that is built. Absolutely only new parts are used in its construction. Complete with optional hardtop and standard soft top and tonneau cover. Stainless front and rear bumpers are also included. These autos are not a kit car but built in South Africa on an actual assembly line. They are shipped to the US with no engine or transmission. This car is probably one of the fastest street cars you will ever drive in your lifetime. The torque is unbelievable as you would expect with 600 horsepower in a 2600# car. Try to remember that it is impossible to have too much horsepower. This is a 600 HP, 514 CID Ford crate motor with aluminum heads, intake, 930 CFM Holley carburetor with ceramic coated headers and side pipes. All aluminum pulleys, superformance aluminum radiator, MSD distributor and 6A ignition box. I have the shift point (light) set at 6000 RPM and that RPM is a fantastic sound. The interior is black, German leather seats and 4 point safety harnesses. Genuine Smiths English gauges with tachometer is used. This thing even has a heater!! Hard top, soft top, tonneau cover and a nice set of plexiglass side curtains are included. This car will idle through town at 2000 rpm (very hard to do) or drive down the road at 65 mph (also hard to do). The top speed is beyond what i am capable of. If you want to have the fastest car in your neighborhood then this is your car. Your wife will probably hate it but your girlfriend will love it. Life is short, go for it!!  Valley Motors, 507-452-0859.

Mighty Mite M-422A1

SOLD

This Mighty Mite was built for the Marine Corps and was designed to be dropped from a helicopter for use by the ground troops. The numbers vary but approximately 3900 Mites were built before the military stopped production. Experts believe that there are less than 300 Mites left. An air cooled aluminum V4 engine designed and built specifically for the Mite is used along with a 4 speed transmission and transfer case. The Mite is designed with independent 4 wheel suspension and inboard brakes front and rear. The entire body and nearly every other part is built from aluminum giving it an approximate weight of 1600#. Marine Corps Mighty Mite number 309837 has had a complete off the frame restoration completed by www.buzzardroostmotors.com in Arkansas. I recently completed a total engine rebuild on the air cooled V4 to bring the vehicle to near new standards. The restoration of the Mite was a very expensive proposition and I think you will find this vehicle to be one of the finest of its kind in existence. If the little A1 brings back some memories then give me a call.

Interior was part of the total off the frame restoration. New NOS seat covers, NOS gauges including the speedometer, except for the fuel gauge. NOS windshield frame with new glass.

V4, air-cooled engine has been totally rebuilt. 0 miles since completed. The engine was rebuilt using the following:

New crankshaft- NOS
New barrels, pistons and rings- NOS
New cam gear- NOS
New rod, main and cam bearings- NOS
New oil cooler- NOS
Valves and seats reground using new valve seals.
New Carburetor- NOS
New clutch disc- NOS
Flywheel resurfaced
New throw out bearing
All new gaskets and seals- NOS

Underhood was restored with complete new wiring harness, voltage regulator, all gauges including the speedometer, except for the fuel gauge.
