I think I can safely tell you that this the straightest Chevelle you will ever see and it is black to boot! The car was originally from Georgia so it has never seen salt. The car does have new fenders on the front so they would be perfect.
The original hood was replaced with an SS hood. Everything on the exterior of the car is new. The three chrome strips on the rear of the car are on backorder and will be installed when they show up. New Black power top and new black top boot. Trunk is detailed and spatter painted.
Everything lines up great and all the gaps are good. New bumpers and grill are used. The car sits nice and level with new coil springs, 15" cragar SS wheels and 235-60 series BFG TA radials. I don't know if you could find a straighter one!! Totally rebuilt, stock 327 V8 with rebuilt 2 speed powerglide transmission.
All accessories on the engine are new. Carburetor, intake, fuel and water pump, 3 row radiator, hoses, belts, battery, power steering pump, brake booster and master cylinder are all new. Inner wheels wells, ceramic coat headers, alternator and starter have all been replaced.
Everything is nicely detailed under the hood. Engine runs fantastic and transmission shifts properly. All new stainless brake and fuel lines are used also. The car was originally equipped with a 6 cylinder engine with automatic transmission. Complete new black interior with new seat covers, door panels and carpet. All new rubber products installed on the car.
Door rubbers, upper window seals, trunk seal and all door bumpers installed. All glass is in very nice condition with no DA marks!! Very nice vent window frames, rear window divider and all stainless around the windshield and back window deck surround all refinished.
Car had 88K miles before total restoration and speedo still shows this. New windshield and dash pad. The dash was completely disassembled, cleaned and reinstalled. All new arm rests and pads and new interior window and door handles. The car looks like new inside. the car was originally turquoise with same interior. Underside looks nearly as good as the top side of the car.
Georgia car that has never seen salt. Entire underside has been sandblasted and painted gloss black. Detailed aluminized dual exhaust system. New fuel tank and sender unit.
All front suspension parts replaced along with 4 new coil springs and shocks. This car looks as nice underneath as most cars look on the top side.
